Consider : That the deed of amendment to the
articles that are submitted are not available which is contrary to the usual
requirements for approval of changes in treated articles of a limited liability
company statutes so that there is no objection to approve the articles in
question.
Remember : Indonesian republic justice minister's
decision number 45 dated 3 May
DECIDE
Set:
FIRST : Give approval for the change of
Article 4, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the articles of association of the
limited company: the NPWP number-13102100021- of PT Bermindo Nusantara is
located in Jakarta, as the change was contained in a deed made on 14th of
December 1994 number 95 in the presence of a notary Mrs. Sari, SH based in
Jakarta.
SECOND : The judgment submitted to the
concerned to be understood and implemented as appropriate.
